 released only in Germany. (printed as Made in EU). 
The CD housed in mini jewel case. It has only 2 tracks featuring 
Everytime and Everytime (Hi-Bias Radio Remix).

Some source said this cd is really Limited Edition since

it was released in only Germany and only available at

selected stores upon release for a period of 14 days.
