The 2004-deleted CD single was released only in Germany.

(printed as Made in EU). The CD housed in mini jewel case.

There're only 2 tracks featuring Toxic and MATM (LP Version).

Some source said this cd is really Limited Edition since

it was released in only Germany and only available at

selected stores upon release for a period of 14 days.
